Barometric Pressure Sensor

SKU:BXSENSOREF4

Use this sensor so that your inventions activate or deactivate depending on the atmospheric pressure or altitude detected.

Atmospheric pressure is the force that the air (atmosphere) exerts on the surface of the earth, which changes with temperature and altitude. The barometric pressure sensor reads the absolute atmospheric (barometric) pressure and the temperature. This way, it indirectly estimates sea level.

Connect it to analog ports 4 and 5 on the 4in1 Build&Code control board. Look at the colors of the cables and the colors of the terminals on the control board to guide you. Each cable should be connected to its color.

Technical Specifications

  • Nominal power supply of 3.3 V
  • Compatible with I2C and SPI protocols
  • Atmospheric pressure range: 300 ~1100hPa
  • Tolerance of +-1hPa
  • Temperature range 0ºC to 65ºC
  • Tolerance of +-0.5ºC
